At Up & Running, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your performance. If your new equipment isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely taped.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
