These super carbs have been designed and developed by Ote sports nutritionists to provide high-performance energy, through the help of a dual energy source in the form of maltodextrin and fructose, capable of delivering around 80g of carbohydrate per 500ml serving.
Each 85g sachet of powder contains one serving of 80g of carbohydrates, to be mixed in 500ml of water. Once mixed with water, the drink will form into a gel once it hits the acidity of the stomach. This allows for a more efficient absorption of the substance. Super carbs are formulated with electrolytes to help maintain hydration.
